Anthonis de Wever (d. 1571)
Anthonis de Wever, an Anabaptist martyr, was seized with eleven fellow believers on 11 March 1571, at Deventer, Holland, by the constables of Duke Alba, and after severe torture was beheaded on 25 May 1571.
