Arapahoe (Nebraska, USA)
Arapahoe, Nebraska is a small town near the Republican River in Furnas County. A few Amish Mennonite families from central Illinois settled near Arapahoe in the late 1880s. No congregation was formed. There was no ordained minister in the group. Services were held irregularly in homes. After a few years the families moved back to former home communities.
