Bergum (Friesland, Netherlands)
Bergum (Burgum) is a village in the Dutch province of Friesland (coordinates: 53° 11′ 20″ N, 5° 59′ 15″ E). The Mennonites living here, members of the Veenwouden congregation, organized a circle (kring) on 19 December 1946, but retained their membership in Veenwouden and attended services there. The circle had 20 members in 1953. After 1947 there was also a women's circle.
