Boetje, Gerrit Jochems (d. 1854)
Gerrit Jochems Boetje was appointed ministerial candidate by the Frisian Societeit (Mennonite Conference) in 1831; he served the congregation of Woudsend 1831-1837 and Knollendam 1837-1854, in which year he died. His sons Jochem and Herman were also Mennonite ministers.
