The Brotherly Aid Liability Plan, Leola, Pennsylvania, served the Lancaster Mennonite Conference (Mennonite Church USA). It was established on 1 January 1955, and by June 1959 had 1,788 participants. It covered liability for bodily injury and/or property damage caused by the insured party's motor vehicle, but it did not cover damage to the property or injury to the person or the family of the insured party. In 1957 it paid out over $13,000.

This plan became part of Sharing Programs of the Lancaster Mennonite Conference.
