Ee (Friesland, Netherlands)
Ee, a village in the Dutch province of Friesland, where Leenaert Bouwens baptized 33 persons in 1568-1582. This rather large number indicates that there was very likely a Mennonite congregation at Ee. Yet nothing is known of the existence of such a congregation. The Mennonites may have joined the nearby Anjum congregation.
