Herold Mennonite Church (Morden, Manitoba, Canada)

Morden, MB. The congregation dissolved in 1939. It had been affiliated with the Conference of Mennonites in Canada. The language of worship was German.

The congregation began services in 1918. The first building was occupied in 1920. Michael Klaassen is considered the founding leader of the group. The congregation originated through immigration from the United States during World War I in opposition to compulsory military service. The group declined after their leader, Michael Klaassen, died. Most members eventually joined Morden Bergthaler Mennonite Church.
