The congregation has been affiliated with the Northwest Mennonite Conference, the Mennonite Church and the Hispanic Mennonite Convention of Churches in the U.S.A. and Canada. The language of worship is Spanish.

The congregation formally organized in 1984. The congregation originated through outreach by the Northwest Conference.
