Lucknow Middle District Amish (Lucknow, Ontario, Canada)

R.R. 2, Lucknow, ON. Bishop Dan E. Swartzentruber served in 2001 as a non-salaried congregational leader. The congregation has been affiliated with the Old Order Amish. The language of worship is German.

The congregation began services in 1973. The congregation originated through immigration from the United States beginning in 1972.

The Middle District emerged from the earlier Lucknow District.
