Melis Jansz (d. 1539)
Melis Jansz, an Anabaptist martyr, beheaded at Leeuwarden, in the Dutch province of Friesland on 11 February 1539 because he had been (re)-baptized and held "heretical opinions concerning the sacrament and the Catholic doctrines."
