Mennonite Aid Association (Indiana-Michigan Conference)
The Mennonite Aid Association of the Indiana-Michigan Mennonite Conference was organized in 1911, as a mutual fire and storm insurance society. In 1953 it had 2,608 members with $22,222,000 of property covered. In 2000 it became part of the MutualAid eXchange (MAX), a reciprocal insurance company exclusively for Anabaptists throughout the United States and Canada.
