Pauingassi Mennonite Church (Pauingassi, Manitoba, Canada)
The Pauingassi Mennonite congregation began services in 1955. The first building was occupied in 1955. Henry and Elna Neufeld are considered the founding leaders of the group. The congregation originated through the outreach of Mennonite Pioneer Mission.
The congregation is related to, but not a member of, the Conference of Mennonites in Canada. The language of worship is Ojibway.
The congregation's address is Pauingassi, MB, R0B 2G0. Pastor St. John Owen served in 1998 as a non-salaried congregational leader. David Owen served as pastoral leader in 2002.
