Saltillo Church of God in Christ Mennonite Church (Saltillo, Nuevo Leon, Mexico)

Saltillo Church of God in Christ Mennonite Church, located about 55 miles south of Saltillo, Coahuila, in Nuevo Leon, Mexico, was founded in 1945 by several Koehn families from Cuauhtemoc, Mexico, who had previously migrated from Oklahoma, including the minister, Henry B. Koehn. However, after enduring a few years of drought they left and Saltillo became a mission outpost. In 1958 there were 24 members. Originally services, both English and Spanish, were held in the home of the minister. At present services are conducted only in Spanish.
