Slate Falls Mennonite Church (Red Lake, Ontario, Canada)
The Slate Falls Mennonite congregation began services in 1958. The congregation originated through outreach by Northern Light Gospel Mission.
In 1985 there were 4 members; in 1995, 5. The congregation was affiliated with the Christian Anishinabec Fellowship (formerly known as Northern Light Gospel Mission and Native Mennonite Conference) since 1958. The language of worship is Ojibway.
The congregation was located approximately 130 kilometers north of Sioux Lookout and 100 kilometers west of Pickle Lake on Bamaji Lake in Northwestern Ontario. Licensed Minister Ivan Cook served in 1997 as a congregational leader. The congregation discontinued sometime before 2002.
