Cornelis Aelbrechts (d. 1553)
Cornelis Aelbrechts, an Anabaptist martyr of Leiden, Dutch province of South Holland, was beheaded at Amsterdam on 16 January 1553, according to the recorded sentence. He confessed that he had been rebaptized, and admitted that he had attended many conventikelen (meetings) at which Gillis van Aken preached.
