Koffmane, Gustav (1852-1915)
Gustav Koffmane (1852-1915), a Lutheran theologian, educated at the University of Breslau, Germany, became pastor in Kunitz, received the doctorate in 1902 and was appointed as Church Superintendent in Krischnitz, where he died. He is the author of the valuable work on the Anabaptists in Silesia, "Die Wiedertäufer in Schlesien," which was published in the Correspondenzblatt des Vereins für Geschichte der evangelischen Kirche Schlesiens III (1887): 37-55.
