Kolde, Theodor Hermann Friedrich (1850-1913)
Theodor Hermann Friedrich Kolde, Lutheran church historian and professor of theology at the University of Erlangen, Germany, was an opponent of Ludwig Keller. His works are valuable in the field of church history (see Beitrage zur bayrischen Kirchengeschichte XX, 1914, 97-166).
Bearing on Mennonite history are Johann Staupitz, ein Waldenser und Wiedertäufer (1885); Zum Prozess des Johann Denk und der drei gottlosen Maler (Leipzig, 1887); "Hans Denk und die gottlosen Maler in Nürnberg," in Beiträge zur bayrischen Kirchengesch. VIII; and Andreas Althamer, der Humanist und Reformator in Brandenburg-Ansbach (Erlangen, 1895).
