Laurentie Jans (d. 1538)

Laurentie Jans, wife of Wouter Heyne, was an Anabaptist martyr. She was born at Gapinge, in the Dutch province of Zeeland, and was burned at the stake on 24 Aug 1538 at Bruges, Belgium. Further particulars are not known except that she had been (re) baptized in 1536.
