Kaufman 1950-51, the executive committee of the association 1951-53, Samuel J. Bucher 1953-58, Samuel J. Bucher and Merle Eshleman 1958- . The place of publication has apparently been the address of the editor, i.e., Goshen, Indiana; East Peoria, Illinois; and Harman, West Virginia. The page size is 8½ x 11 inches, (21.6 x 28.0 cm.) and the number of pages varies from issue to issue.
