Pacific Mennonite Aid Society (Reedley, California, USA)

Pacific Mennonite Aid Society, Reedley, California, was established in 1941. It served Mennonites in the United States and Canada and had also on its membership roll many missionaries in foreign countries. It was not incorporated. By the late 1950s it had paid 58 death claims since its inception, and had accumulated a surplus of over $51,000. It passed the 1,000 mark in membership in 1958.
