Plae, Jean le (17th century)
Jean le Plae (Jan de Pla), was a preacher of the French-speaking Mennonite Waterlander congregation of Leiden, Holland. He was chosen to the office before 1630, and was still serving in 1647, when as a delegate from his congregation he attended a Waterlander conference held at Amsterdam. He also intermediated in the schism of 1627 in the Amsterdam Waterlander congregation between Nittert Obbes and his co-preachers.
