Puslinch, a "preaching appointment" (Mennonite Church) in Wellington County, Ontario. The Mennonite Conference of Ontario shared in holding services in the Union Church (Puslinch) at the crossroads of the Cober settlement, east of Hespeler, about 1878. This work failed, but was revived about 1892. The Brethren in Christ (Tunkers) and the Mennonites, both hav­ing families in this community, alternated services in this church. The adjoining cemetery carries con­siderable history. Neighboring churches supplied ministerial help. By 1899 meetings were discon­tinued. Most of the Mennonite families moved to organized congregations in Waterloo County. No Mennonite congregation was ever organized at Puslinch.
