Valckenier, Johan (1617-1670)
Johan Valckenier (1617-1670), a Reformed theologian in the Netherlands, professor at the universities of Harderwijk 1645-1654, Franeker 1654-1668, and Leiden 1668-1670, among whose theological writings is a book Anabaptismus confutatus sive controversiarum de religione adversus Anabaptistas succinctum et methodicum syntagma (Harderwijk, 1652); Chr. Sepp wrote a critique of this book (copy in the Amsterdam Mennonite Library).
