Western Hmong Mennonite Church (Maple Ridge, British Columbia, Canada)

Western Hmong Mennonite Church in Maple Ridge, British Columbia, joined Mennonite Church British Columbia on 10 April 2010. At the time the church was comprised of a half-dozen families that had originally settled in Canada as refugees following the Vietnam War, and, more recently, had moved from Ontario, where they were members of the First Hmong Mennonite Church in Kitchener. Kou Thor Yang became pastor of the congregation in April 2010.
