Annweilertal (Rheinland-Pfalz, Germany)

Annweilertal is the beautiful valley of the Queichnear Annweiler, a town not far from Landau in the Palatinate, Germany. Ernst Müller's list of Mennonite congregations in the Palatinate above Mannheim mentions a Mennonite church at Annweiler, two hours south of Landau, with 20 families. The preachers were Christian Eicher and Steffen Affholter. It is obviously the St. Johann congregation.
