Brockes, Berthold Heinrich (1680-1747)
Berthold Heinrich Brockes (born 22 September 1680, died 16 January 1747) was a city senator of Hamburg and author of the famous Irdisches Vergnügen in Gott, a collection of religious observations on nature.
