In 1995 there were 29 members; in 2000, 71. The congregation has been affiliated with the Canadian Conference of Mennonite Brethren Churches and General Conference of Mennonite Brethren Churches. The language of worship is English. The congregation began services in 1991 and formally organized in 1992. Paul and Kathy Francis are considered the founding leaders of the group. The congregation originated as an effort of the Board of Evangelism of the Canadian Conference of Mennonite Brethren Churches. It meets in a converted fire hall.
