Lake Centre Mennonite Church (Arborg, Manitoba, Canada)

Arborg, MB, R0C 0A0. (204) 364-2201. Located three miles west on R 68, north on R 223, turn west on R 329, turn right before bridge. Bishop John K. Plett served in 2001 as a non-salaried congregational leader. In 1975 there were 18 members; in 1985, 65; in 1995, 67; in 2000, 61. The congregation has been affiliated with the Nationwide Fellowship Churches. The language of worship is English.

The congregation formally organized in 1973. Bishop Mervin Baer and Arthur Plett are considered the founding leaders of the group. The congregation originated through outreach among the Evangelical Mennonite Conference by Mervin Baer.
