McIvor Avenue Mennonite Brethren Church (Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada)

200 McIvor Ave., Winnipeg, MB, R2G 0Z8. (204) 339-1691. Pastor Doug Enns served in 2000 as a congregational leader. In 1985 there were 364 members; in 1995, 526; in 2000, 570. The congregation has been affiliated with the Mennonite Brethren Church of Manitoba (1976-), the Canadian Conference of Mennonite Brethren Churches (1976-) and the General Conference of Mennonite Brethren Churches (1976-). The language of worship is English.

The congregation began services and formally organized in 1976. The first building was occupied in 1976. Allan Labun is considered the founding leader of the group. The congregation originated through church planting by North Kildonan Mennonite Brethren due to the latter's size.
