New York Hutterite Colony (Maybutt, Alberta, Canada)

The New York Hutterite Bruderhof (Dariusleut), located near Maybutt, Alberta, was founded in 1924; the population in 1950 was 110, with Jacob Hofer as head minister. 

Daughter colonies of New York Hutterite Colony include: Little Bow Hutterite Colony (Champion, Alberta); Scotford Hutterite Colony (Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta); and Simmie Hutterite Colony (Admiral, Saskatchewan).

In 2012 New York Hutterite Colony was a Dariusleut colony. The minister was Jacob Hofer and the manager was James Hofer.
