Saskatchewan Conference of Mennonite Brethren Churches1959 ArticleThe Saskatchewan Conference of Mennonite Brethren Churches was organized in 1946 as an annual gathering of ministers, including two sub-districts (North and South) with semiannual gatherings. In 1957 it had 26 congregations with a total baptized membership of 2,301 (North 1,467, South 834). The conference devoted its attention to matters of local or provincial nature, including home missions, ministers' conferences, Bible conferences, etc. 2010 UpdateIn 2009 the Saskatchewan Conference of Mennonite Brethren Churches had 29 congregations and 3,168 members.
