Digna Pieters (d. 1555)

Digna Pieters, an Anabaptist martyr, a native of Dordrecht, Dutch province of South Holland, was put in a sack and drowned there on 23 November 1555. She was accused of having been rebaptized and attending heretical (Mennonite) meetings.
