Dyck, Jakob (1813-1855)Jakob Dyck was elder of the Chortitza Mennonite Church, South Russia. He was born 29 November 1813, chosen to the ministry in 1844 (probably on 1 June), ordained elder in 1854, and died 5 March 1855.
