Liebur (Germany)Liebur {Liebersche Gemeinde), a congregation in the Lower Rhine area, Germany, was one of the Mennonite congregations which favored the Concept of Cologne in 1591. Hendrick Frinch- Winckel (?) signed the Concept in the name of this congregation.
