Mennonite Hospital Society Concordia (Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada)

Mennonite Hospital Society Concordia, Winnipeg, Manitoba was established in 1928 and incorporated in 1930, operates the Concordia Hospital and also carries on the Concordia group hospital insurance plan. These covered over 1,500 families in 1954, paying for their hospitalization up to three months per year, including doctor's fee, operating room, and X-rays at actual cost, but not including medicines and drugs. The assessments in 1953 totaled $44,844, while the amount paid out was $69,418. It serves the province of Manitoba.
