Pleasantview Home for the Aged (Kalona, Iowa, USA)Pleasantview Home for the Aged, at Kalona, Iowa, a 46-room home built and operated by the Mennonite Benevolent Association consisting of 33 members representing the Mennonite, Conservative Mennonite, and Beachy Amish congregations of the community. It was built in 1957-1958 at an approximate cost of $250,000, and was opened for service on 14 April 1958.
