9:30a.m. Peter Letkemann will be coming from Winnipeg for the Alberta launch of his new book, The Ben Horch Story. It will include a DVD sound production.
Noon: Lunch provided ($12)
1:30 p.m. MHSA activities update by Board
2:00 p.m. Irene Klassen will speak about the musical contributions made by Albertans. This will be interspersed with opportunities to sing together as well.
3:00 p.m. Closing
Following the launch, there will be an opportunity to have Peter sign copies of the books that are purchased. For those who cannot attend, the MHSA will have some signed copies available for sale later. This is a Mennonite Historical Society of Alberta event A collection will be taken to help defray the event costs and sustain the MHSA.
