"Upholding the Biblical Tradition":

The Conservative Mennonite movements in Ontario, 1950 to the present

There are many Conservative Mennonite Churches in the rural areas around New Hamburg, Milverton and Elmira and scattered throughout Ontario. This Conservative movement, which grew out of the Mennonite Conference of Ontario and the Ontario Amish Mennonite Conference in the late 1950s, has a complex history with little written about it. Come out and learn!

10:00 a.m. Mennonite Historical Society of Ontario business meeting followed by:
“The Birth and Development of the Conservative Mennonite Movement in Ontario” by Andy Martin of Elmira.

12:15 p.m. Lunch will be served by members of Grace Mennonite Fellowship Church (Pre-registration required)

1:00 – 4:45 p.m. Bus tour of Conservative Mennonite churches (Pre-registration required) with stops at:
Grace Mennonite Fellowship Church, New Hamburg
Morningstar School, Millbank (operated by Milverton Conservative Menn Church)
Bethel Conservative Mennonite Church, Millbank
