Eine Begebenheit, die sich in der Mennoniten-Gemeinde in Deutschland, und in der Schweiz, von 1693 bis 1700 zugetragen hat is a pamphlet of 54 pages, compiled by Joseph Stuckey, of Danvers, Illinois (printed by John F. Funk and Brother, Elkhart, in 1871). It contains four letters regarding the Amish division which took place in Switzerland and Alsace, written by four contemporaries, Jakob Guth, Christian Blanck, Gerhard Roosen, and Uli Ammann. The pamphlet was reprinted (same press) in 1883 and 1906, and was reissued in 1936 by L. A. Miller (A. M. Publishing Association, Arthur, Illinois). This last edition also contained the additional letter of Jakob Ammann, the leader of the Amish division, which appeared in print here for the first time.
