Birch Bay Bible Community Church (formerly Blaine [[Mennonite Brethren Church|Mennonite Brethren Church]]), of Blaine, Whatcom County, [[Washington (USA)|Washington]], is located within eight miles (13 km) of the Canadian border, a mile from the Pacific. It is a member of the [[Pacific District Conference of Mennonite Brethren Churches (United States Conference of Mennonite Brethren Churches)|Pacific District Conference]]. It is a member of the Pacific District Conference. It was organized in 1937 with 23 members and grew to 182 by 1953. A new building completed in 1949 replaced the original assembly hall. A multi-purpose structure was completed in 1982.
