Caddo Mennonite Brethren Church (Caddo, Oklahoma, USA)

The Caddo Mennonite Brethren Church, now extinct, was a member of the Southern District Conference. It was founded in 1905 when Mennonite families filed claims for homesteads on the newly opened Caddo Indian Reservation in Oklahoma, and dissolved in 1919. Henry Bergthold was the leader from the beginning until about 1917. In 1913 the membership was 49, but because of the sandy soil and poor crops most of the members moved to Corn, Oklahoma The last minister was A. B. Schmidt.
