Christian Life Mennonite Church was founded in 2001 in Beach City, Ohio. It joined the Biblical Mennonite Alliance in August 2003.

In 2012 the leading minister was Daniel L. Mast and the associate pastor was Gaylord Y. Barkman. The congregational membership was 132 and the average weekly attendance was 250.

Christian Life Mennonite Church was no longer listed in BMA's 2023 directory.
