City on a Hill was a house-church in Victoria, British Columbia that joined the British Columbia Conference of Mennonite Brethren Churches in 2005. The church met in the home of the co-pastors, Jim and Yvonne Mann. The goal of the church was to provide an innovative, informal setting in which neighborhood families not used to a more formal or organized church setting could gather and worship together. In 2008 it had four members and an average attendance of 10. In 2010 membership had risen to nine with an average attendance of 11.

In 2013 the church decided to disband.
