Cop Heyne (d. 1535)

Cop Heyne, of Couwerve near Reimers-Wool, Dutch province of Zeeland, a linen weaver, was an Anabaptist who recanted but was nevertheless executed at Middelburg, capital of Zeeland. During his trial he gave some very remarkable information about the life and practices of the congregation.
