Cornelia Wouters (d. 1535)

Cornelia Wouters, wife of Jan Pieters, of Middelburg, Dutch province of Zeeland, was put to death by beheading on 15 October 1535 because she had lodged Anabaptist preachers and read heretical books. Her husband was banished from the territory of Holland, Zeeland, and Friesland for 50 years.
