Faith Hills Mennonite Church is located in West Liberty, Kentucky, USA. The church was organized in 1960.

Paul and Mary Landis, who had been missionaries in Kentucky on behalf of the Virginia Mennonite Conference Mission Board beginning in 1946, had withdrawn from the Virginia Conference because of their concern that conference practice and belief was becoming too liberal. A small group at Crockett, Kentucky asked Paul and Mary Landis to give leadership to a new congregation. They moved to Crockett in summer 1960 and helped to form the new congregation with a membership of nine.

Originally the congregation met in homes or at the Faith Hills Christian School, which began operation in 1953. On occasion during bad winter weather the congregation met in homes or in the Rod and Staff Publishers buildings. The present building was erected in 1972.

In 2018 the church had 50 members and was a member of the Nationwide Fellowship Churches. The ministerial team included Bishop William L. Schueler, Ministers Myron J. Beachy and Lamar K. Steiner, and Deacon Marlin J. Gerber.
