First Mennonite Church of Champaign-Urbana is located in Urbana, Illinois. The church was organized in 1964 when Mennonite Student Fellowship and Mennonite families in the community joined together to form a congregation. At that time the church joined both the Illinois Mennonite Conference (MC) and the Central District Conference (GC). The church is an Anabaptist urban, university congregation of persons from many Mennonite and other Christian backgrounds. While some members are directly connected with the University of Illinois, others live in surrounding communities.

In 2014 the church 145 members. The ministerial team was comprised of Michael Bradford Crosby and Janet Elaine Guthrie.
