The Goessel ([[Kansas (USA)|Kansas]]) Mennonite Brethren Church, now extinct, formerly known as the Alexanderwohl Mennonite Brethren Church, was begun in 1880 and was for some time an important congregation of the [[Mennonite Brethren Church|Mennonite Brethren]] Conference.
