Heartland Hutterite Colony was founded in 1996 as a division from the Plainview Hutterite Colony. In 2012 the Heartland Hutterite Colony was a Schmiedeleut Group 2 colony. The minister was Jerry Wipf and the manager was Alvin Wipf.
