In 2006 Bindu and Trish Sidhu began gathering people together who had a vision for an intentionally intercultural church in Abbotsford. Services began in fall 2006 with the assistance of the [[British Columbia Conference of Mennonite Brethren Churches|British Columbia (BC) Conference of Mennonite Brethren (MB) Churches]]. The congregation joined the BC MB conference in May 2007.
